Note: Starting points

Whenever you feel bogged down by your history — by your trajectory — this is a helpful reminder.
I’ve restarted several times, in different fields.
What’s more important to know is this — you can reboot at any point in the arc of your life. Even when you feel life’s a slog, even when you’re mired in the mud.
Especially then.
It may feel like it takes enormous energy — the kind you don’t have — to change your trajectory. But most of the time all it takes is slowing down. Taking time to get settled — get simple — get silent.
Then ask.
Ask that profound silence what the simplest easiest grooviest flowiest next step is . . .
. . . . .
Every point is a starting point.
