The void can take it

One way to spill anger without targeting someone  or yourself  is to release it into the void. As I did late one night driving home.

(Screaming aloud, I don’t accept this! I don’t accept this!

(Until I began shouting all the things I would accept into my life.)

The void can take it.

I no longer accepted the hardship. I was done with difficulty.

Whatever is frustrating you, perplexing you, angering you, confronting you, crushing you . . . release it into the void.

The void can take it.

And then when you have exhausted that emotion, speak what will be true . . .

The void can take it and make it right.

It happened to me. The new has already sprouted. The new that I so desired that night has taken wing.

I’m telling you, the void can take it and make it real.

You may think you’re talking into nothingness, yet it is nothingness from whence everythingness comes. Ask the quantum physicists. Ask the yogis.

The void can take it and remake it.

For you
